Order Tracking

Customs and Import Duties

Shipping Address

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes in most locations

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
  • A replacement or refund may be issued after investigation

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at interestingshop27@gmail.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy

Undeliverable Packages

Returned to Sender:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues, we will contact you
  • You may be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs (if applicable)
