Returns Not Accepted

Your return request will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • 30-day period exceeded: Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted
  • Normal wear and tear: Excessive wear and tear resulting from misuse or abuse

Return Process

  • Photos showing the product's condition are required for return acceptance
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • The 30-day period starts from the date the product is delivered to you and cannot be extended
